Heart-to-Heart Support Request

The Heart-to-Heart Campaign is a heartfelt initiative by YMHC that is uniting people across Canada in support of mental health. We have been receiving a wave of love in the form of hand-knit, crocheted, and sewn hearts from every corner of our beautiful country. These tokens of care and compassion are a testament to the collective will to bring about change in mental health support.

If you are requesting more than one heart, please provide the name of your school along with a school-affiliated email address.

If you're requesting multiple hearts that cannot be accommodated in a standard mail envelope, we kindly ask you to consider making a suggested donation of $20 here to cover shipping and administrative costs. This contribution would greatly assist us in continuing to share these tokens of compassion and solidarity, as YMHC covers the shipping expenses for distributing these heartfelt creations to schools and community organizations across Canada.

We believe that everyone deserves love, support, and a sense of belonging, especially when they're facing mental health challenges. We're here to let you know that you're not alone. Our community is with you, hand in hand, heart to heart.
