Process of purchasing YMHC products through purchase orders are as follows:

  1. Submit purchase order using this Google Form (required to login with your Google/Gmail account).
  2. You will receive an email invoice, usually within 1 week.
  3. Make online payments with the link included in the invoice.
  4. Once the payment is confirmed, we will initiate the delivery.
